I am glad, I learned the alternative to the dipping. I have no patience for that. You have some wonderful recipes, here.

Great idea about rolling them in crushed Oreos. I’ll have to try that one. I also want to invest in chocolate dipping tools. Even though I was getting annoyed with the truffles, I want to continue making other kinds. Have a wonderful holiday!

I too made the Oreo Truffles this year, but instead of dipping them in chocolate I rolled them in crushed Oreos. It was so easy and they turned out really nice. I have dipped bon bons and other truffles in chocolate and prefer rolling them to coat them. I use toasted coconut, crushed nuts, sprinkles, coco, and powdered sugar.

I purchased chocolate dipping tools; they work pretty well. They allow the chocolate to run off and create less pooling on the bottom.

I wish you the best of luck with the remaining pieces you have! I know you will be happy with them once you start eating them. Hang in there! And thank you so much for your kind words!

I got so frustrated I only dipped a few. The rest are waiting in the freezer. I have since heard that using a fork to roll balls was easier, but I haven’t tried it yet. We have the same taste in food, your blog is great!
