I made it with dried garlic and cilantro because it was what i had and it was good but i bet fresh garlic would be way better (the dried cilantro seemed fine to me). I also used pearl cous cous instead of the kind with the smaller grains. I just left it on the heat and cooked it for about 12 minutes instead of 6 and then followed the rest of the recipe as written.
